Sivas Dört Eylül Belediye Spor is a Turkish professional football club located in Sivas. The team currently plays in the TFF Second League. The club was promoted to the TFF Third League after the 2009–10 season. They finally were promoted to the TFF Second League after winning the promotion play-offs in the 2014–15 season. They have also a volleyball team and played in Turkish Men's Volleyball League between 2011 and 2013.

Clubul de fotbal Sivas Belediyespor, denumit în mod obișnuit Sivas Belediye, este un club de fotbal turc cu sediul în Sivas. Clubul a fost fondat în 1967 și în prezent concurează în TFF 2. Liga, al treilea nivel al sistemului piramidal de fotbal turc.

Stadionul principal al lui Sivas Belediye este stadionul Yeni 4 Eylül, cu o capacitate de 13.150 de locuri. Culorile tradiționale ale clubului sunt roșu și alb.

De-a lungul istoriei sale, Sivas Belediye a participat la Süper Lig de patru ori, cea mai recentă fiind în sezonul 2005-06. Cel mai bun rezultat al clubului în Süper Lig a fost locul 12 în sezonul 1991-92.

În prezent, Sivas Belediye este condus de antrenorul Kenan Arayıcı. Unii dintre cei mai cunoscuți jucători care au jucat pentru Sivas Belediye includ pe Sergen Yalçın, Caner Erkin și Bilal Kısa.
