Club Atlético Villa Teresa, is a Uruguayan football and cycling team club based in Montevideo. It was founded in 1941.

History

In 2011 Villa Teresa achieved promotion from Segunda División Amateur (third level) and returned to the Professional Second Division of Uruguay.

Villa Teresa este un club de fotbal uruguayan din Montevideo. A fost fondat în 1941 și în prezent joacă în Segunda División Profesional, a doua divizie din sistemul fotbalistic uruguayan.

Stadionul de origine al clubului este Estadio Olimpico, cu o capacitate de 9.500 de locuri. Echipa este cunoscută pentru tricourile sale alb-albastre și pentru porecla sa, "Los Villanos".

Villa Teresa a câștigat o dată Segunda División Profesional, în 1998. De asemenea, a câștigat Copa AUF Uruguay în 2016, o competiție internă pentru echipele din Segunda División Profesional și Tercera División Profesional.

În prezent, clubul este condus de antrenorul Christian Castells și de căpitanul echipei, Maximiliano Arias.
