Premier League (Botswana) (în trecut cu numele MLO Cup), este primul eșalon din sistemul competițional fotbalistic din Botswana.

Botswana - Premier League este cea mai importantă competiție de fotbal din Botswana. A fost fondată în 1966 și este alcătuită din 16 echipe. Sezonul se desfășoară pe parcursul unui an calendaristic, începând în ianuarie și terminându-se în decembrie. Cele mai de succes cluburi din istoria competiției sunt Township Rollers, Gaborone United și Mochudi Centre Chiefs. Echipa câștigătoare se califică în Liga Campionilor CAF, iar locul secund se califică în Cupa Confederațiilor CAF.
