Premier League (Kuweit) este primul eșalon din sistemul competițional fotbalistic din Kuweit. A fost creată în 1961, după ce Kuweit și-a obținut independența față de Regatul Unit.
Liga Kuweitului este cea mai importantă competiție de fotbal din Kuweit. Fondată în 1961, liga este formată din 10 echipe care se confruntă într-un format round-robin, fiecare echipă jucând cu fiecare altă echipă de două ori, pe teren propriu și în deplasare. Primele două echipe se califică pentru Liga Campionilor AFC, iar ultimele două echipe sunt retrogradate în Divizia 1 din Kuweit. Al-Qadsia este cea mai de succes echipă din Liga Kuweitului, cu 17 titluri de campionat. Deținătoarea actuală a titlului este Al-Arabi.
